For kids ages 18 months to 100 years old
1. Call the studio to set your party date (847-838-1234)
2. Click here to print party registration form
3. Choose a theme or create your own
4. Decide on the number of children. Print Permission Slips for parents to sign. Permission slips need to be signed and given to the studio office on the party date in order for child to participate.
5. Send form and deposit to:

6. Please let the studio know if there are any changes
7. What you must provide for your party:
-any and all decorations
-tablecloths, plates, napkins, plastic-ware, etc.
-cake and drinks
