How
Two ways to register...
1) Print FORM and mail, fax, email, or bring it to the Antioch studio with payment. One registration form per child.
2) Contact the office during office hours at 847-838-1234

What is Required at Enrollment
Beginning of the Current Season
*Registration form with parent signature
*August and June's tuition
*Registration Fee: $25 per family
During the Current Season
*Registration form with parent signature
*June's tuition
*Remainder of the current month's tuition
*Registration Fee: $25 per family
*Costume Deposit (if starting after December): $50 costume deposit
Tuition Fees
$46.00 per month - 1 hour class
$64.00 per month - 1 1/2 hour class
**No deductions or refunds are given for missed classes. Please refer to the Attendance section in Studio Policies.
Tuition is based on a 40-week program
Monthly payments are due on the 1st of each month - Late Fees are applied on the 15th of each month
Clinics, workshops, camps, and special sessions are due by the first day of class
Discounts
5% discount for two classes
10% discount for three or more classes
5% discount for payment of one full season tuition
10% discount for payment of 2 or more full season tuition
Other Fees
$50 Costume Deposit due by January 15th
$25 Registration Fee per family, per dance season
$15 Late Fee for tuition payments not received by the 14th of each month
$25 Service Charge for any returned checks
Please arrange with the office manager (in advance) if there is a financial/personal situation
that requires special consideration.
We offer many different ways to make tuition payments, therefore, we do not reverse late fees.
